Grand jury hearing set for McGaheysville man charged in fatal shooting

WAYNESBORO, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Rockingham County man who was charged in a shooting in Waynesboro on Memorial Day weekend has a grand jury date next week.

According to online records, Dustin Allen Dove of McGaheysville will appear before a grand jury next Monday morning in Waynesboro Circuit Court.

Dove, 24, faces two felony charges, including first-degree murder, in connection with the shooting incident on May 25 in the 1300 block of D Street.

The victim, Seth Wayne Wallace, 22, of Waynesboro, died a few weeks later.

Meanwhile, authorities have also charged Kaylee Grace Turner, 21, of Timberville with first degree murder for her role in the case.

She also has a grand jury hearing set for Monday.
