RADFORD, Va. (JMU Athletics) – Radford pushed three runs across in the fourth inning as James Madison baseball fell, 4-2, on Tuesday afternoon at Sherman Carter Memorial Stadium.

The Dukes dropped to 7-8 while the Highlanders improved to 8-6.

Junior Josiah Seguin led the Dukes at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a home run.

How It Happened

After the teams combined for three hits through the first three innings, JMU struck first as sophomore Reece Moody laid down a squeeze bunt with runners on the corners to bring home Seguin.

Radford responded with four hits in the home half of the inning, bringing in three runs to take a 3-1 lead.

Seventh Inning
A walk and a single put runners on the corners to allow Radford to knock another run in on a groundout.

Eighth Inning
