Scrambled Egg Hunt Contest Rules

From 3/5/16 until 3/24/16, WSIG will have hidden eight (8) large cardboard “eggs” throughout the Green Valley Book Fair, located at 2192 Green Valley Lane in Mount Crawford.  Each “egg” has a word clearly marked on it.  Listeners are encouraged to visit the Green Valley Book Fair (free of charge), and collect the Unscramble the words, and enter the mystery phrase on our website (969wsig.com).  At approximately 8am on 3/11, 3/18, and 3/25, WSIG will conduct a random weekly drawing from among entrants who have submitted the mystery phrase correctly.  That winner will receive a $25 gift card to Green Valley Book Fair.  Registrants will be asked to provide their name, address, phone number, email address, and the unscrambled mystery phrase.  No purchase is necessary to win.  Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.  This prize must be collected at the WSIG Studios on Heritage Center Way in Harrisonburg, and must be redeemed in person by the winner at the Green Valley Book Fair in Mount Crawford. WSIG’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no liability if the winner cannot, or chooses, not to collect the prize.   Qualifiers and winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of WSIG. One entry per person. Multiple entries by an individual will invalidate all entries by that individual.

Employees of WSIG-FM, Harrisonburg Radio Group, Tidewater Communications LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a 100-mile radius of the WSIG main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse.  This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

This WSIG contest is open to all eligible Central Virginia residents 12 or older who have not won anything from WSIG-FM or any other Harrisonburg Radio Group station in the past 30 days, or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past six months.  Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner.  Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
