Serving in the Army National Guard since attending Virginia Military Institute.  Meadows is also a Virginia State Police Officer.

Hometown: Harrisonburg
Curry died in the Line of Duty aboard Pan Am 103.

Served during Vietnam as a peacekeeper in Berlin, Germany.  Lucas has presided as mayor of Shenandoah for the past 26 years.
